Jay Baer kicked off #IHRSA2016 with a keynote address about how to be more purposeful with your marketing, or what he calls Youtility. I think itโ€™s safe to say that most people donโ€™t work out like this. But everyone on Twitter seemed to love these out-of-this-world workout contraptions anyway.
