matrix-np_1024.pngAs the biggest week in fitness reaches its halfway point, so does our series of booth spotlights on our favorite companies at the show. Today’s star of the show? Matrix Fitness.

The Matrix Fitness booth is located at #2200 and is built to highlight their status as one of the world’s premier commercial fitness brands. One of the fastest-growing brands in the industry, Matrix Fitness fosters a culture that encourages innovative thinking, fresh ideas and creative problem solving. In large part because of their unique approach, Matrix has breathed new life into the fitness industry while helping reestablish the design standard for which other commercial brands now strive.

Netpulse has also worked with Matrix to develop integration for Personal Training Portal, a feature Matrix offers that allows members to register for personal training sessions directly through a branded Club Mobile Apps. The biggest advantage of the integration is single sign-on. Once members are signed into a Matrix Club Mobile App powered by Netpulse, they can access their Personal Training Portal account to view workout assignments, review performance data and communicate with their personal trainer without having to leave the app.

Matrix is also on the forefront in the connected-cardio department meaning that their connected consoles are able to integrate with the technology we offer at Netpulse. The screens on Matrix’s treadmills and stationary bikes allow members to log into their health club account using their xID, which gives members the ability to log and track their workouts directly from their mobile phones. Matrix’s devices are also compatible with our xCapture feature, meaning that members can snap a photo of their workout results on the connected cardio device and it automatically gets logged into your workout history.

Matrix’s innovative lineup of fitness equipment includes the renowned ClimbMill stairmaster machine, Hybrid Cycle stationary bikes, the Krankcycle (designed by world-famous cycler Johnny G) and In-Trinity, which is a workout board that provides yoga practice, resistance training and incline training all in one.

Matrix’s excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed to the rest of the fitness industry. They have partnered with leading associations like IHRSA, NIRSA, MFA, ICAA and the EHFA and have been awarded over a dozen awards in the last seven years for their equipment.
